后海穴注射抗生素治疗仔猪腹泻的研究

Study on the Treatment of Piglet Diarrhea by Injecting Antibiotics into Houhai Point

本研究以出现腹泻(黄痢)症状的大白仔猪为研究对象,探讨后海穴注射乙酰甲喹、恩诺沙星、庆大霉素、环丙沙星和乙酰甲喹+黄芪多糖(8∶1)对仔猪腹泻(黄痢)的治疗效果。结果发现:第2、3天,处理2、4的粪便计分显著高于处理1、3、5、6(P <0.05),第5天,处理2的粪便计分极显著高于处理1、3、5、6(P <0.01),处理4的粪便计分显著高于处理1、3、5、6(P <0.05),第7天,处理2、处理4粪便计分极显著高于处理3(P <0.01),显著高于处理1、5、6(P<0.05)。不同处理的治疗效果表明,处理3、5的有效率显著高于处理1、4、6(P<0.05),极显著高于处理2(P<0.01);处理1、4、6的有效率显著高于处理2(P<0.05)。不同处理对仔猪体增重的结果表明,处理5的体增重显著高于处理3、6(P <0.05),极显著高于处理1、2、4(P <0.01);处理1体增重极显著高于处理2、4(P <0.01);处理4显著高于处理2(P <0.05)。综上研究结果,3日龄仔猪腹泻以后海穴注射乙酰甲喹配黄芪最优,其次为注射庆大霉素、乙酰甲喹、环丙沙星、恩诺沙星;7日龄仔猪腹泻以后海穴注射乙酰甲喹即有效。

To investigate the therapeutic effect of injecting methaquine,enrofloxacin,gentamicin,ciprofloxacin,and methaquine plus astragalus polysaccharide(8∶1)into houhai point on diarrhea in piglets,large white piglets with diarrhea(yellow scour) symptoms were used in this study.The results showed that on the second and third days,the fecal scores of group 2 and 4 were significantly higher than those of group 1,3,5,and 6(P < 0.05);on the fifth day,the fecal score of group 2 was significantly higher than those of group 1,3,5,and 6(P < 0.01);and that of group 4 was significantly higher than those of group 1,3,5,and 6(P < 0.05);on the seventh day,the fecal scores of group 2 and 4 were considerably higher than those for group 3(P < 0.01) and group 1,5 and 6(P < 0.05).The curative impact of several treatments revealed that group 3,5 had a significantly effective rate than group 1,4,and 6(P < 0.05),and was even significantly higher than group 2(P < 0.01).group 1,4,and 6 had higher effective rates than group 2(P < 0.05).group 5’s body weight gain was significantly larger than group 3,6’s body weights(P < 0.05),and significantly larger than group 1,2,and 4’s body weights(P < 0.01).Body weight growth was significantly higher for group 1 than for group 2 and 4(P < 0.01),and it was significantly higher for group 4 than for group 2(P < 0.05).In conclusion,to treat 3-day-old piglets with diarrhea,the injection of acequine and astragalus was the best at Houhai point,followed by gentamicin,acequine,ciprofloxacin and enrofloxacin.It is effective for 7-day-old diarrhea piglets to inject acetoquine at Houhai point.
