天山马鹿与东北梅花鹿杂交性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 该研究课题的目的是通过引进高产鹿茸基因的天山马鹿父本与东北梅花鹿母本进行杂交、回交及横交等方式,选育出高产鹿茸的杂交后代新品系,达到提高饲养梅花鹿养殖户及养殖企业经济运行的目的。试验研究自2012—2022年分别在贵州省普安县盘水镇莲花村、地瓜镇地瓜社区,贵州省黔西南州兴义市普子村、新桥村进行试验研究,提高10年的研究测定及对比,选育出相对稳定高产鹿茸的梅花鹿子代新品系。所选育的鹿茸新品系产鹿茸比东北梅花鹿每只每年提高0.4 kg,即新品系梅花鹿比东北梅花鹿鹿茸产量提高16%,按市场价3 800元/kg计算,每年每只可增收1 500余元。 This research project aims to breed offspring of high-yielding antler velvet through hybridization,backcrossing,and Crossbreed with Cervus elaphus songaricus as the father and Cervus nippon dybowskii as the mother,so as to improve the economic benefits of raising sika deer. From 2012 to 2022,experimental studies were carried out in Lianhua Village,Panshui Town,Digua Town Digua community,Pu’an County,Guizhou Province,and Puzi Village and Xinqiao Village,Xingyi City,Qianxian Prefecture,Guizhou Province,respectively,to improve the research determination and comparison of 10 years,and select and breed new strains of sika deer offspring with relatively stable and high-yield antler velvet. The new antler velvet produced by the selected new strain of deer antler velvet is 0.4 kg higher than that of the Cervus nippon dybowskii per year,that is,the new strain of sika deer is 16% higher than that of the Cervus nippon dybowskii,and the economic benefits of each deer can be increased by more than 1 500 yuan per year according to the market price of 3 800 yuan/kg.
