重庆奉节县肉牛产业现状调查及发展思路探讨

Investigation on the Current Situation of Beef Cattle Industry in Fengjie County,Chongqing Municipality and Discussion on Its Development

奉节县属四川盆地东部山地地貌,境内山地面积占总面积的88.3%,牧草资源丰富,是农业部划定的牛羊优势产区。近年来,当地农民发展肉牛养殖的积极性高,发展规模不断壮大,产业链条不断延长,但也存在养殖品种不优、牧草生产和加工应用不配套等问题,需要建立良繁体系,引进培育龙头带动和强化技术支撑。

Fengjie County is located in the eastern part of the Sichuan Basin,with a mountainous area accounting for 88.3% of the total area. It is rich in forage resources,and is the dominant production area of cattle and sheep designated by the Ministry of Agriculture. In recent years,local farmers have high enthusiasm to develop beef cattle breeding,the scale of development has been growing,and the industrial chain has been extended. However,there are also problems such as poor breeding varieties,inadequate forage production,processing and application. It is necessary to establish a good breeding system,introduce and cultivate leading enterprises to drive and strengthen technical support.
