摘要
“30·60”碳达峰与碳中和目标提出后,高碳的工业行业作为碳排放的重点治理对象,面临着前所未有的减排压力,低碳将是工业发展的必由之路。从我国工业低碳实践进展出发,自政策体系、产业结构及经济基础等方面,剖析我国工业低碳发展面临的挑战,以关键性问题为导向,由技术创新、能源开发、能源网络“智能化”、安全减污降碳四个层面多维度发力,提出切实可行的路径建议,助力碳达峰碳中和目标。
After the "30·60" carbon peak and carbon neutral targets are proposed, the high-carbon industrial sector, as the key target of carbon emission management, is facing unprecedented pressure to reduce emissions, and low-carbon will be the necessary path for industrial development. From the progress of China’s industrial low-carbon practice, we analyze the challenges faced by China’s industrial low-carbon development from the aspects of policy system, industrial structure and economic foundation, and put forward practical paths by taking key issues as the guide and making multi-dimensional efforts at four levels: technological innovation, energy development, energy network "intelligence", and safety pollution reduction and carbon reduction to help achieve the goal of carbon neutrality.
