马道头矿玻璃钢锚杆煤帮支护分析

摘要 为了验证马道头矿区玻璃钢锚杆的煤帮支护可行性,明确玻璃钢锚杆的抗拉强度、延伸率及其破坏形式等物理力学性能。在对比普通螺纹钢锚杆的基础上,采用了抗拉试验和数值模拟的方法,对玻璃钢锚杆和螺纹钢锚杆及支护效果进行了测试和对比分析。结果表明:玻璃钢锚杆的延伸率大约为1.5%,其破坏过程主要可分为能量的积聚—释放—破坏三个阶段。玻璃钢锚杆支护煤帮变形量与螺纹钢锚杆煤帮变形量相比,减小了19.62%。在马道头矿采用玻璃钢锚杆进行煤帮支护,效果良好。 In order to effectively solve the feasibility of coal side support of FRP bolt in Madaotou mining area,the physical and mechanical properties such as tensile strength,elongation and failure mode of FRP bolt are clarified. On the basis of co MParing the ordinary screw steel anchor,the test and numerical simulation method are used to test and co MPare the glass fiber reinforced plastic anchor and screw steel anchor and supporting effect. The results show that the elongation of FRP bolt is about 1.5%;the failure process can be divided into three stages of energy’s ’accumulation-release-failure’;the deformation of the coal side supported by FRP bolt is smaller,which is 19.62% lower than that of the coal side supported by rebar bolt. Fiberglass bolt quality lighter, good cutting performance for the mine to save a lot of support, transportation costs, Madaotou mine fiberglass bolt coal support scheme is effective.
