基于STC89C52单片机的E18-D80NK红外监测系统

摘要 基于STC89C52单片机的E18-D80NK红外监测系统的小鼠条件性位置(CPP)实验装置硬件电路由红外光电计数电路、STC89C52单片机系统电路、复位电路和显示电路(液晶)等组成。小鼠分组进行腹腔注射生理盐水和芬太尼,进行CPP实验,E18-D80NK红外传感器采集信号,红外计数电路接收信号并转换为脉冲信号,通过单片机计数,由液晶显示屏显示次数,实现自动计数的功能。利用红外传感器改良的实验装置,有利于医学科研人员更加精确地评价药物的精神依赖性。 The hardware circuit of the mouse conditioned position(CPP) experimental device based on the STC89C52 microcontroller E18-D80NK infrared monitoring system consists of infrared photoelectric counting circuit, STC89C52 microcontroller system circuit, reset circuit and display circuit(liquid crystal). Mice were grouped for intraperitoneal injection of saline and fentanyl for CPP experiments. The E18-D80NK infrared sensor collected the signal, and the infrared counting circuit received the signal and converted it into pulse signal,which was counted by the microcontroller and the number of times was displayed by the LCD to realize the function of automatic counting.The improved experimental device using infrared sensor is beneficial for medical researchers to evaluate the psycho-dependence of drugs more precisely.
