针对ZJ卷烟厂制丝车间滚筒类设备配置实际使用中,其液压式顶起装置仍存在的问题,如时常发生故障,故障频率较高,且液压系统油路故障时容易造成现场的污染,从而影响到制丝产品的质量等,通过采用螺旋升降机对滚筒类设备的顶起装置进行改造,有效解决了液压式顶起装置存在的问题,为今后液压式顶起装置故障改造提供参考依据。

For the actual use of the roller equipment configuration in the ZJ Cigarette Factory, there are still some problems with the hydraulic jacking device, such as frequent failures, high failure frequency, and the hydraulic system oil circuit failure is easy to cause site pollution, thus affecting the quality of the silk products, etc. Through the use of screw jacks to transform the roller equipment jacking device, it is hoped that the transformation can effectively solve the problems of the hydraulic jacking device. It is hoped that the modification can effectively solve the problems of hydraulic jacking device and provide a reference basis for future hydraulic jacking device failure modification.
