铝灰铝渣综合循环再利用分析

摘要 铝在人们日常生活中应用越来越广泛,铝生产工艺也不断发展产生的废气、固体废物量逐年增多。通过对铝电解工艺中产生铝灰铝渣中氟化物的来源、危害、现状及满足处理之处的简介,提出铝灰铝渣处理处置的建设性建议和结论,希望将铝灰渣循环经济再利用商业化生产达到一新境界,替代原物料,减少天然资源开采和废气排放,增加资源的循环利用率并为铝产业创造更大效益。 Aluminum is more and more widely used in people’s daily life, and the amount of waste gas and solid waste generated by aluminum production process is increasing year by year. Through a brief introduction of the sources, hazards, current situation and meeting treatment place of fluoride in aluminum ash and aluminum slag produced in aluminum electrolysis process, constructive suggestions and conclusions of aluminum ash and aluminum slag treatment and disposal are put forward, hoping to reach a new level of commercial production of aluminum ash and slag recycling economy reuse, replace raw materials, reduce natural resources mining and exhaust gas emission, increase the recycling rate of resources and create greater benefits for aluminum industry.
