自动化技术融入机械加工制造的路径探析

摘要 当前企业机械生产中广泛应用机器人实现高效运行,路径规划会从一定程度上影响机器人生产线的运行情况。在本次研究中,以发动机罩壳冲压生产线为例,在预判机器人作业路径的前提下,通过构建三维坐标系,分析确定机器人初始位置以及选择最优路径的具体方法,利用计算机软件开展机器人路径规划仿真实验分析,并将路径规划结果用于实践生产中。通过研究发现,本研究中所提出的机器人路径规划法,可满足企业生产需求,这对于机械制造行业机器人应用,具有重要参考意义。 At present, robots are widely used in enterprise machinery production to achieve efficient operation, and path planning will affect the operation of the robot production line to a certain extent. In this study, taking the engine cover stamping production line as an example, on the premise of predicting the robot operation path, we analyze the specific methods of determining the initial position of the robot and selecting the optimal path by constructing a three-dimensional coordinate system, carry out experimental analysis of robot path planning by using computer software, and use the path planning results in practical production. It is found that the robot path planning method proposed in this study can meet the production needs of enterprises, which is an important reference for robot applications in the machinery manufacturing industry.
