摘要
对于一些现场安全要求较高的油气田开采项目,区块井口内不允许铁质套管作业,和常规铁质套管相比,非金属材质的玻璃钢套管既能保证自身强度满足施工要求,且在采煤过程中不会产生电火花和摩擦火花,提高了后期采煤的安全性。但是相对于普通钢管,玻璃钢套管在抗内压,抗拉以及抗扭都存在着很大局限性,从玻璃钢套管井套管串设计、固井、井口工具以及完井扭矩锚的选择几个方面分析了玻璃钢套管在煤层气井中的优化措施及应用。
For some oil and gas field extraction projects with high site safety requirements, iron casing is not allowed to work in the block wellhead. Compared with conventional iron casing, FRP casing made of non-metallic material can not only ensure its own strength to meet the construction requirements, but also will not generate electric sparks and friction sparks during coal mining, which improves the safety of later coal mining. However, compared with ordinary steel pipe, FRP casing has great limitations in internal pressure, tensile and torsional resistance.The optimization measures and applications of FRP casing in CBM wells are analyzed from several aspects, such as casing string design,cementing, wellhead tools and completion torque anchor selection.
