摘要
针对锅炉汽包水位控制动态响应缓慢、滞后大等问题,提出了一种将模糊算法与常规比例积分微分控制相结合的控制策略,设计了一套三冲量模糊PID自适应控制系统,通过模糊控制更新PID各参数。此外,还利用MATLAB中Simulink模块搭建模型并进行仿真,利用更新得到的新参数对水位实现控制,达到优化的目的。
For the problems of slow dynamic response and large hysteresis of boiler ladle water level control, a control strategy combining fuzzy algorithm and conventional proportional-integral differential control is proposed to design a three-impulse fuzzy PID adaptive control system,and update each parameter of PID by fuzzy control. In addition, a model is built and simulated using Simulink module in MATLAB, and the new parameters obtained from the update are used to achieve control of the water level for optimization purposes.
