摘要
数控机床作为高精度加工设备对于加工误差具有较高要求,在操作过程中的几何误差、热误差等往往会导致所加工的零部件存在质量问题,为确保加工精度符合需求,相关单位需积极研究动态修正数控机床加工误差的工作方法。对数控机床常见的两种误差进行了详细论述,以五轴数控机床为例提出了动态修正机床误差的算法模型,通过试验对动态修正方法进行了验证,为相关单位人员提供参考。
CNC machine tools as high-precision processing equipment has high requirements for processing errors, geometric errors and thermal errors in the operation process often lead to quality problems of the processed parts, in order to ensure that the processing accuracy meets the needs, the relevant units need to actively study the dynamic correction of CNC machine tool processing errors. The two common errors of CNC machine tools are discussed in detail, and the algorithm model of dynamic correction of machine tool errors is proposed with five-axis CNC machine tools as an example, and the dynamic correction method is verified through experiments to provide reference for relevant units.
