摘要
在中国经济的发展中,制造业在战略强的地位一直都非常重要,而制造业的稳定发展将给中国现代化社会建设带来重要的经济效益。介绍了机械加工工艺的概念、流程和特点,从变形、误差分析了机械加工工艺对车辆零件制造精度的影响,研究了改善机械加工工艺对零件精度措施,逐渐地减少机器件加工工艺的误差率,以便于推动现代化制造业的稳定发展。
In the development of China’s economy, the position of manufacturing industry in strategic strength has been very important, and the stable development of manufacturing industry will bring important economic benefits to the construction of China’s modern society. The concept, process and characteristics of machining process are introduced, and the influence of machining process on the manufacturing accuracy of vehicle parts is analyzed from deformation and error, and the measures to improve the accuracy of machining process on parts are studied to gradually reduce the error rate of machine parts machining process in order to promote the stable development of modern manufacturing industry.
