附子防治疫病的理论及应用探微

Study on the theories and application of prepared common monkshood branched root in preventing and treating epidemic diseases

附子治疫最早见于《神农本草经》。感受疫气出现少阴病证候,可选麻黄附子细辛汤、麻黄附子甘草汤。疫病中霍乱、疟疾、痢疾、艾滋病等发病证候多属里证,可选真武汤、四逆汤、乌梅丸、肾气丸等。表里同病可考虑圣散子、霹雳散。附子防治寒疫应用广泛。

The treatment of epidemic diseases with prepared common monkshood branched root was fi rst recorded in Shennong Bencao Jing(Shennong’s Classic of Materia Medica). Epidemic diseases with a Shaoyin syndrome can be treated with Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction and Mahuang Fuzi Gancao Decoction. Epidemic diseases such as cholera, malaria, dysentery and AIDS are mostly manifested as an interior syndrome and can be treated with Zhenwu Decoction, Sini Decoction, Wumei Pills, Shenqi Pills,etc. While epidemic diseases with superfi cies and interior syndromes simultaneously can opt for Shengsanzi and Pili San. And prepared common monkshood branched root is widely used in the prevention and treatment of cold pestilence.
