黄芪建中汤联合金匮肾气丸对化疗后癌因性疲乏的干预价值

Intervention value of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with Jinkui Shenqi Pills on the cancer-related fatigue after chemotherapy

目的 探讨黄芪建中汤联合金匮肾气丸对化疗后癌因性疲乏的干预价值。方法 选取100例化疗患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组服用金匮肾气丸,观察组在对照组基础上加用黄芪建中汤行中药足浴,2组疗程均为1个月。比较2组的干预效果,干预前后癌因性疲乏程度、尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(Scr)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、谷氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、生活质量评分。结果 观察组总有效率(62.00%,31/50)显著高于对照组(30.00%,15/50)(P <0.05);2组干预后无、轻度疲乏程度明显高于干预前,中度、重度疲乏程度明显低于干预前(P <0.05),观察组干预后中度、重度疲乏程度明显低于对照组,疲乏程度明显减轻(P <0.05);2组干预后BUN、Scr、AST、ATL水平明显低于干预前(P <0.05),观察组与对照组之间无明显差异(P> 0.05);2组干预后EORTC-QLQ-C30各维度评分明显高于干预前(P <0.05),观察组干预后EORTC-QLQ-C30各维度评分明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 黄芪建中汤联合金匮肾气丸能有效减轻化疗患者癌因性疲乏,干预效果较好。

Objective To explore the intervention value of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with Jinkui Shenqi Pills on the cancer-related fatigue after chemotherapy. Methods A total of 100 chemotherapy patients treated in our hospital from March 2018to March 2021 were included in the study. They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 50cases in each group. The patients in the control group was treated with Jinkui Shenqi Pills, while the patients in the observation group was given Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction for foot bath on the basis of the control group, both for one month. The intervention ef fects of the two groups were compared after intervention, and the levels of cancer-related fatigue, urea nitrogen(BUN), serum creatinine(Scr), alanine aminotransferase(AST), glutamate aminotransferase(ALT) and the scores of life quality were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results The total ef fective rate of the observation group(62.00%, 31/50)was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group(30.00%, 15/50)(P<0.05). After intervention, the ratios of no and mild fatigue in the two groups were signifi cantly higher than those before intervention, and the ratios of moderate and severe fatigue were signifi cantly lower than those before intervention(P<0.05). After intervention, the ratios of moderate and severe fatigue in the observation group were signifi cantly lower than those in the control group, and its degree of fatigue was signifi cantly reduced(P<0.05). After intervention, the levels of BUN, Scr, AST and ATL in the two groups were signifi cantly lower than those before intervention(P<0.05), while there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). After intervention, the scores of EORTC-QLQ-C30 in the two groups were significantly higher than those before intervention(P<0.05), and the scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with Jinkui Shenqi Pills can ef fectively reduce the cancer-related fatigue in patients undergoing chemotherapy, achieving a good intervention effect.
