糖尿病患者周围神经病变患者炎性因子与D-二聚体的相关性研究

Correlation between inflammatory factors and D-dimer in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的 观察糖尿病周围神经病变患者炎性因子与D-二聚体(D-D)的相关性。方法 纳入糖尿病患者97例作为研究对象,根据是否发生周围神经病变分为对照组(未发生,n=45)和观察组(发生,n=42),比较2组白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、集落刺激因子(CSF)及γ-干扰素(γ-IFN)和D-D指标水平,并比较观察组不同病变分级的炎性因子和D-D指标水平,对糖尿病周围神经病变患者炎性因子与D-D的相关性进行分析。结果 观察组IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α、CSF、γ-IFN和D-D指标水平高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组不同病变分级IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α、CSF、γ-IFN和D-D指标水平情况为1级> 2级> 3级> 4级,各分级指标差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);经Pearson相关性分析,糖尿病周围神经病变患者IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α、CSF、γ-IFN等炎性因子与D-D呈正相关关系(r=0.396、0.425、0.352、0.298、0.315,P=0.035、0.021、0.037、0.043、0.040;r> 0,P <0.05)。结论 糖尿病患者发生周围神经病变可引起机体炎症反应,糖尿病周围神经病变患者的炎性因子与D-D为正相关关系,机体炎症反应可对糖尿病周围神经病变患者的凝血功能造成一定的影响。

Objective To observe the correlation between inflammatory factors and D-dimer(D-D) in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods A total of 97 patients with diabetes admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to June 2022were enrolled as the research subjects. According to the occurrence of peripheral neuropathy, they were divided into a control group(no occurrence, n=45) and an observation group(occurrence, n=42). The levels of inflammatory factors [interleukin-6(IL-6), interleukin-10(IL-10), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), colony-stimulating factor(CSF) and γ-interferon(γ-IFN)] and D-D indexes were compared between the two groups, and the levels of infl ammatory factors and D-D indexes of dif ferent lesion grades in the observation group were compared. The correlation between inflammatory factors and D-D in the patients was analyzed. Results The levels of IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α, CSF, γ-IFN and D-D in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The levels of IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α, CSF, γ-IFN and D-D in different lesion grades in the observation group were grade 1 > grade 2 > grade 3 > grade 4, and the differences in each grade were statistically significant(P<0.05). A Pearson correlation analysis showed that IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α, CSF, γ-IFN and other inflammatory factors were positively correlated with D-D in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(r=0.396, 0.425, 0.352, 0.298, 0.315, P=0.035, 0.021, 0.037, 0.043, 0.040;r>0, P<0.05). Conclusion Peripheral neuropathy in patients with diabetes can cause inflammatory reactions in the body, and a correlation analysis shows that infl ammatory factors in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy are positively correlated with D-D, indicating that the inflammatory reactions of the body can have a certain impact on the coagulation function of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
