橡胶混凝土性能及其应用研究

摘要 废弃轮胎的堆积已成为环境隐患。文章回顾了现有橡胶混凝土的工作性能(坍落度、空气含量、单位重量)、力学性能(抗压强度、抗拉强度、断裂韧性、疲劳性能)、耐久性能(抗冻融性能、抗氯离子渗透)研究现状,总结了橡胶混凝土中橡胶的形态、掺量等对混凝土的影响,分析了橡胶混凝土在路面工程中的应用情况。结果表明:将废弃轮胎破碎加工成具有一定形状、大小和级配的橡胶颗粒并作为骨料掺加到混凝土中,利用废弃轮胎橡胶良好的弹性和变形能力及其耐碱腐蚀性,不但能为废旧橡胶处理另辟蹊径,也可改善混凝土的部分性能,包括坍落度、变形能力、冲击韧性、耐久性能等。同时为橡胶混凝土的相关研究与推广应用提出若干建议。 The accumulation of waste tires has become an environmental hazard.In this paper,the research status of working properties(slump,air content,and unit weight),mechanical properties(compressive strength,tensile strength,fracture toughness,fatigue properties)and durable properties(freeze-thaw resistance,chloride penetration resistance)of rubber concrete is reviewed.The influence of the form and content of rubber in rubber concrete on the above performance of concrete is summarized,and the application of rubber concrete in pavement engineering is analyzed.Utilizing the good elasticity,deformation ability,and alkali corrosion resistance of waste tire rubber,the waste tire is crushed and processed into rubber particles with certain shape,size and grading,which are added to the concrete as aggregates.This not only for waste rubber treatment to find a new way,but also to improve the partial performance of concrete,including slump,deformation ability,impact toughness,durability performance.At the same time,several suggestions are put forward for the future research and promotion of rubber concrete.
