城市快递配送新能源电动车节能降碳对策研究

摘要 在碳减排背景下,城市交通的节能减排是实现“双碳”目标的重要途径。网络购物的蓬勃发展促进了物流行业的发展,物流企业每天都需要使用大量的车辆进行快递的转运和配送,实行绿色物流是降低城市碳排放的重要举措。文章通过对快递公司新能源电动车配送的优缺点进行分析,根据新能源电动车配送的优缺点找到配送中存在的问题,针对业务流程繁琐、配送效率不高和等待时间长等问题提出改进措施:城市快递配送中需多种新能源车辆混合使用以提高配送效率;充电与换电模式要合理配合使用;合理安排时间窗;优化算法的科学使用。以上措施的实施,不仅可以提高城市快递配送的效率,而且可以促进行业节能减排与低碳化发展,为实现“双碳”目标保驾护航。 Under the background of carbon emission reduction,energy saving and emission reduction of urban transportation is an important way to achieve the dual carbon goal.The vigorous development of online shopping has promoted the development of the logistics industry.Logistics companies need to use a large number of vehicles for express delivery and distribution every day.Implementing green logistics is an important way to reduce urban carbon emissions.This paper first analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of new energy electric vehicle distribution of express companies,and then finds the problems existing in distribution according to the advantages and disadvantages of new energy electric vehicle distribution,and finally puts forward the following improvement suggestions for the problems of cumbersome business process,low distribution efficiency and waiting time.The measures include:The mixed use of a variety of new energy vehicles is required in urban express delivery to improve the distribution efficiency;The charging and battery swapping modes should be used in a reasonable manner;Reasonable arrangement of time windows;Scientific use of optimization algorithms.The implementation of the above measures can not only improve the efficiency of urban express delivery,but also promote the low-carbon development of energy saving and emission reduction,and escort the realization of the dual carbon goal.
