“治未病”思想指导下慢性筋骨病防治难点与对策探析

The difficulties and countermeasures of the prevention and treatment of chronic musculoskeletal diseases under the guidance of“preventing diseases”

基于中医“治未病”思想的内涵,探析慢性筋骨病在临床诊疗过程中的防治难点,并提出健康宣教、推陈出新、增强“先防”意识,追本溯源、内外兼治、统一基本治则,因人制宜、判明体质、实现精准防治3种相应的对策,以拓宽慢性筋骨病的临床防治思路。

Based on the connotation of the idea of TCM“preventive treatment of disease”,this paper analyzes the prevention and treatment difficulties of chronic musculoskeletal diseases in the clinical diagnosis and treatment process,and puts forward three corresponding countermeasures including health education,innovating the old and bringing forth the new”enhancing the consciousness of“prevention first”;tracing to the source,treating both inside and outside,unifying the basic treatment principles;personalizing the measures,identifying the constitution and achieving precise prevention and treatment,so as to broaden the clinical prevention and treatment ideas of chronic musculoskeletal diseases.
