护卵汤联合穴位埋线对围绝经期综合征心肾不交证患者雌激素水平及症状消失时间的影响

Effect of Huluan Tang(护卵汤)combined with catgut implantation at acupoint on estrogen level and speed of symptom resolution in patients with perimenopausal syndrome of syndrome of disharmony between heart and kidney

目的观察护卵汤联合穴位埋线对围绝经期综合征心肾不交证患者雌激素水平及症状消失时间的影响。方法选取2018年8月至2020年8月在洛阳市中医院妇产科接受治疗的围绝经期综合征心肾不交证患者90例,采用随机数字表法分为A组、B组和C组,各30例。A组给予替勃龙片口服治疗,B组给予穴位埋线联合替勃龙片口服治疗,C组给予护卵汤口服联合穴位埋线治疗,连续治疗3个月后比较3组治疗前后的雌激素[雌酮(E1)、雌二醇(E2)、雌三醇(E3)]水平及临床症状消失时间。结果治疗后3组血清E1、E2、E3水平明显升高,与同组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且B组明显高于A组,C组明显高于B组和A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组潮热、焦躁易怒、肌肉酸痛、骨量下降消失时间均短于A组,C组以上症状消失时间均短于B组和A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护卵汤联合穴位埋线治疗围绝经期综合征心肾不交证疗效确切,可明显升高患者的雌激素水平,缩短临床症状消失时间,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effects of Huluan Tang(护卵汤)combined with catgut implantation at acupoint on estrogen level and speed of symptom resolution in patients with perimenopausal syndrome of syndrome of disharmony between heart and kidney.Methods 90 patients with perimenopausal syndrome of syndrome of disharmony between heart and kidney who received treatment in the department of obstetrics and gynecology of Luoyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from August 2018 to August 2020 were selected and divided into group A,group B and group C according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Group A was given oral tibolone tablet,group B was given catgut implantation at acupoint combined with oral tibolone tablet,and group C was given oral Huluan Tang combined with catgut implantation at acupoint.After continuous treatment for 3 months,estrogen[estrone(E,),estradiol(E,),estriol(E,)J levels before and after treatment and the speed of.symptoms resolution in the 3 groups were compared.Results After treatment,serum E,,E,and E,levels in 3 groups were significantly increased,and the differences were statistically significant compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and group B was significantly higher than group A,group C was significantly higher than group B and group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The speed of hot flashes,irritability,muscle soreness and bone mass loss resolution in group B was more rapid than that in group A,and the speed of above symptoms resolution in group C was the most rapid among the three groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Huluan Tang and catgut implantation at acupoint in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome of syndrome of disharmony between heart and kidney can significantly rise the estrogen level of patients,speed up clinical symptoms resolution,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application for its definite efficacy.
