近5年火针治疗膝骨性关节炎临床研究进展

Clinical research progress in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with fire needle in recent 5 years

查阅文献,从单纯火针以及火针联合拔罐、温针灸、电针、运动、中药外治、其他疗法等7个方面对近5年火针治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床研究进展进行概述。发现目前研究存在样本量小、疗效标准不统一、缺乏远期疗效观察、作用机制研究相对薄弱等问题,指出在今后的临床研究中应统一疗效标准,制定更完善的研究方案,加强作用机制研究,从而推动火针疗法在KOA治疗中的运用。

Through literature review,the clinical research progress of fire needle in treating knee osteoarthritis in recent 5 years was summarized from seven aspects:simple fire needle and fire needle combined with cupping,needle warming moxibustion,electroacupuncture,exercise,external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,and other therapies.It is found that there are some problems in the current research,such as small sample size,disunity of efficacy standards,lack of long-term efficacy observation,and relatively weak mechanism research.It is pointed out that in the future clinical research,efficacy standards should be unified,more perfect research programs should be formulated,and mechanism research should be strengthened,so as to promote the application of fire needle therapy in the treatment of KOA.
