我国专用汽车噪声限值及标准发展趋势研究

Research on Noise Limits and Standards Development Trend for Special Purpose Vehicles in Our Country

专用汽车存在种类多、场景特殊、功能各异的特点,增加了社会噪声治理的难度。本文重点研究了我国现有专用汽车标准体系,结合技术发展趋势及对噪声治理的适用性,深入对比了专用汽车标准的车外行驶噪声、耳旁噪声和作业噪声的技术要求,表明部分标准标龄较长、测量方法不统一,噪声限值不符合技术发展趋势,建议国内相关机构及时制定专用汽车噪声限值标准,推动专用汽车产业发展。

Special purpose vehicles have brought great challenges to vehicle noise management and control due to their multiple models,wide functions and complex use scenarios.This paper focuses on the existing specialized automobile standard system in our country,combined with the applicability of the technology development trend and the noise control,in-depth compared the noise emitted,near-ear noise and operation noise of the specialized automobile standard.It shows that some standards have a long standard age,the measurement methods are not uniform,and the noise limit is not in line with the technological development trend.It is recommended that relevant domestic institutions formulate special-purpose vehicle noise limit standards in a timely manner to promote the development of the special-purpose vehicle industry.
