摘要
电动汽车动力性能是消费者较为敏感的指标之一。本文从动力学基本原理出发,对电动汽车动力性指标的定义与测试展开研究。首先,将运动设备普适的表征动力性能指标运用到电动汽车上,包括功率密度指标与最大加速度指标;然后,分析理想状态下车辆的加速过程特性曲线、爬坡性能特性曲线等动力测试过程曲线,并结合电动汽车的特点分析其影响因素;接着,通过特性曲线推导若干重要应用场景的动力性指标;最后,以具体的试验实例分析数据处理的方法,并对电动汽车动力性设计与测试过程中的若干问题进行探讨,建议企业在制定企标和规范时,在国家标准基础上进一步细化数据处理规范。
The power performance of electric vehicles is one of the sensitive indicators for consumers. Based on the basic principle of dynamic performance, this paper first applies the universal performance index of sports equipment to electric vehicles, including power density index and maximum acceleration index;then, it analyzes the characteristic curve of acceleration process and climbing performance of ideal vehicle, and analyzes its influencing factors combined with the characteristics of electric vehicle;then, it analyzes the characteristics of electric vehicle and its influencing factors through the analysis of characteristic curve, the power performance indexes of some important application scenarios are deduced. Finally, the data processing method is analyzed with specific test examples, and some problems in the process of electric vehicle power performance design and test are discussed. It is suggested that when formulating enterprise standards and specifications, enterprises should further refine data processing specifications on the basis of national standards.
