公共危机管理中的思想政治教育探析

思想政治教育是公共危机管理的重要组成部分,作为其中的柔性力量,以其特有的主体优势、内容优势和立场优势,在应对公共危机时发挥着不可替代的作用。但就我国目前的公共危机管理而言,其中的思想政治教育工作仍然存在着主体单一、工作未落实以及认识不到位的问题,还需要在具体的实践中进一步改进和完善。新时代新形势下,通过推动主体多元化、确保工作落实、加强思想认识来提升思想政治教育功能,是完善公共危机管理中思想政治教育的有效举措。

Ideological and political education is an important part of public crisis management. As a flexible force, it plays an irreplaceable role in dealing with public crisis with its unique main body advantages, content advantages and position advantages. However, as far as the current public crisis management in China is concerned, the ideological and political education still has the problems of single subject, unfulfilled work and inadequate understanding,which need to be further improved and perfected in concrete practice. Under the new situation in the new era, it is an effective measure to improve the ideological and political education in public crisis management by promoting the diversification of the main body, ensuring the implementation of the work and strengthening the ideological understanding to enhance the function of ideological and political education.
