进修医师培训质量满意度影响因素研究 被引量:6

Study on Influencing Factors of Training Quality Satisfaction of Refresher Doctors

摘要 目的:研究影响进修医师培训质量满意度的相关因素,探索提高进修医师培训质量满意度的方法。方法:通过问卷调查和访谈的方式,了解进修医师对导师带教水平、科室培训质量和进修管理水平3个维度的评价情况,采用logistic回归分析的方法研究进修医师培训满意度的影响因素。结果:导师带教水平越高、进修科室培训质量越高、进修管理水平越优质,进修医师的培训满意度越高。进修医师中男性比女性有更高的满意度;年龄越大的满意度越高;职称越低的满意度越高;进修时间越短的满意度越高。结论:为提升进修医师满意度和培训质量,应进一步提高导师带教水平和科室培训质量,优化进修管理水平。 Objective:To study the factors affecting the training quality satisfaction of the refresher doctors and explore ways to improve the satisfaction and the training quality.Methods:By means of questionnaire and interview,it explores the evaluation of refresher doctors in the three dimensions of tutor guidance,department training and management.Logistic regression is used to analyze the influencing factors of training satisfaction of refresher doctors.Results:The tutor’s teaching level have positive impact on the training quality of the continuing education department,the quality of the continuing education management service,and the higher the training satisfaction of the fellows.Male have higher satisfaction compared with female.The satisfaction level grows with the age,while it also decrease with the title and the duration of further training.Conclusion:In order to improve the satisfaction and training quality of refresher doctors,it needs to further improve the tutor’s teaching level,the training quality of departments and optimize the management service of further education.
