子宫动脉栓塞术治疗获得性子宫动静脉瘘12例

Uterine artery embolization for acquired uterine arteriovenous fistula:clinical results in 12 patients

目的探讨子宫动脉栓塞术(UAE)治疗获得性子宫动静脉瘘的效果。方法对12例获得性子宫动静脉瘘患者施行UAE。观察术后并发症,术后至出院及术后3个月阴道不规则出血情况。结果12例患者UAE治疗后均一次性止血成功。无一例出现异位栓塞等严重并发症,术后未再出现阴道不规则出血。结论UAE治疗获得性子宫动静脉瘘安全有效,值得临床推广。

Objective To discuss the curative effect of uterine artery embolization(UAE)in the treatment of acquired uterine arteriovenous fistula.Methods Twelve patients with acquired uterine arteriovenous fistula were treated with UAE.The postoperative complications and irregular vaginal bleeding during the period from UAE treatment to 3 months after discharge were recorded.Results Successful hemostasis with single UAE procedure was achieved in all 12 patients.Neither serious complications,such as ectopic embolism,nor postoperative irregular vaginal bleeding occurred.Conclusion For the treatment of acquired uterine arteriovenous fistula,UAE is clinically safe and effective.Therefore,UAE is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
