股浅动脉支架成形术后迟发假性动脉瘤1例 被引量：2

Late-onset pseudoaneurysm after superficial femoral artery angioplasty: report of one case

摘要 1临床资料患者男,80岁。因右下肢间歇性跛行1月余入院。既往高血压病史20余年,脑梗死病史20余年,吸烟史50余年。入院查体:右下肢股动脉搏动正常,右下肢足背、胫后动脉搏动未触及,右下肢皮温较左下肢低,左下肢浅表动脉搏动及皮温正常。实验室检查:同型半胱氨酸为18.9μmol/L.
