摘要
结节病是一种病因未明的系统性肉芽肿性疾病,部分可累及心脏,称为心脏结节病(CS)。本文报道一例临床表现为快慢综合征,经影像学检查及淋巴结活检等诊断为CS的诊治经过,以期为防治CS提供参考。
Sarcoidosis is a systemic granulomatous disease without known etiology which may involve the heart and is called cardiac sarcoidosis(CS).This paper reported a case with clinical manifestations of tachycardia-bradycardia syndrome who was finally diagnosed with CS by imaging examination and lymph node biopsy,with the aim to provide some reference for the prevention and treatment of CS.
