摘要
研究发现,心力衰竭(心衰)时常发生肠道菌群紊乱,而氧化三甲胺(TMAO)是肠道菌群的代谢产物,在心衰中的研究逐渐增多。本文将从TMAO的来源与代谢、TMAO对心衰发生发展的影响、降低TMAO对心衰的影响及外源性TMAO延缓心衰进展四个方面介绍TMAO与心衰的研究进展。
Emerging evidences have shown that disturbance of gut flora often associated with heart failure(HF).Trimethylamine N-oxide(TMAO),a metabolite of intestinal flora,has been increasingly studied in HF.Thus,this paper will introduce the research progress in TMAO and HF from four aspects as following:the source and metabolism of TMAO,the influence of TMAO on the occurrence and development of HF,the effect of reducing TMAO on HF and role of exogenous TMAO in the delay of HF progression.
