摘要
心力衰竭(心衰)是各类心血管疾病的终末阶段。亚精胺是一种广泛分布于生物体内的天然多胺。研究发现,亚精胺具有显著的心血管保护作用,能够延缓心衰的进展。本文主要综述亚精胺在心衰发生发展中的作用及通过促进自噬、减轻炎症反应、减轻心肌纤维化、降低血压、调节肠道菌群和抗衰老等机制延缓心衰的发生,为临床心衰的预防和治疗提供理论依据及潜在干预靶点。
Heart failure(HF)is the terminal stage of various cardiovascular diseases.Spermidine is a natural polyamine widely distributed in living organisms.Emerging evidences have shown that spermidine has significant cardiovascular protective effects and can delay the progression of HF.This review will illustrate the role of spermidine in the development of HF and its associated mechanism,including promoting autophagy,alleviating inflammation,reducing myocardial fibrosis,decreasing blood pressure,regulating intestinal flora and anti-aging,etc.,which may provide theoretical basis and feasible intervention targets for the prevention and treatment of HF.
