摘要
心房利钠肽(ANP)是利钠肽家族的成员之一,corin是裂解ANP前体的跨膜丝氨酸蛋白酶,而前蛋白转化酶枯草溶菌素6(PCSK6)为corin的上游活化酶,PCSK6-corin-ANP形成内分泌轴,发挥利钠利尿、舒张血管、抗细胞增殖、拮抗肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统等作用。近几年关于PCSK6-corin-ANP轴在心血管疾病中的研究逐渐增多。本文针对PCSK6-corin-ANP轴的组成、结构和功能进行回顾,阐述其在心血管疾病诊治中的进展及重要性。
Atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP)is a member of natriuretic peptide family.Corin is a transmembrane serine protease that lysates the precursor of ANP.Proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 6(PCSK6)activates corin.PCSK6-corin-ANP forms the endocrine axis and plays the role of sodium diuretic,vasodilator,anti-cell proliferation,antagonistic renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system.Recently,emerging evidences have shown the important role of PCSK6-corin-ANP axis in various cardiovascular diseases.Thus,in this paper,the composition,structure and function of PCSK6-corin-ANP axis and its advance in the diagnosis and treatment in cardiovascular diseases will be reviewed..
