长江经济带科技创新、经济增长与生态效益的耦合协调发展研究 被引量:12

Coupling Coordinated Development between Technological Innovation,Economic Growth and Ecological Efficiency of Yangtze River Economic Belt

摘要 运用耦合协调度模型,基于2008—2020年省级面板数据,分析长江经济带科技创新、经济增长、生态效益三大系统的耦合协调及综合发展水平。结果表明:长江经济带综合发展水平及三大系统耦合协调度均呈现上升趋势,并先后经历由经济增长主导和科技创新主导发展的阶段,科技创新与经济增长耦合协调发展是三大系统耦合协调度提升的最大拉动力。经济带各省份综合发展水平与耦合协调度之间呈现出一定的相关性,耦合协调度较高的下游地区省份发展水平始终领先于上、中游地区省份。必须坚持生态优先发展原则,保持科技、经济与生态三大系统及各区域均衡协调发展。 This paper calculate the empirical data of 11 provinces along the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2008 to 2020 by using the coupling coordinated model.The research find that the indexes of the comprehensive development and the indexes of coupling coordinated development of Yangtze River Economic Belt were showing an increasing trend.The comprehensive development of Yangtze River Economic Belt successively led by economic growth and technological innovation.The coupling coordination of technological innovation and economic growth is the biggest driving force to improve the coupling coordination degree of the three systems.In terms of space,the comprehensive development and coupling coordinated development present correlation.Provinces with high coupling coordination in the lower Yangtze River were always ahead of that in the upper and middle reaches.The development must build under the principle of ecology first.Targeted measures to local conditions must be implemented to ensure the coordinated development of the big system of technological innovation,economic growth and ecological efficiency.
