环渤海地区港口发展水平及空间溢出效应

Port Development Level and Spatial Spillover Effects in the Bohai Rim

运用熵权TOPSIS模型及空间杜宾模型测度2001—2019年环渤海地区港口发展水平及空间溢出效应。结果表明:(1)经济发展较好的城市港口发展水平较高,经济增长放缓或下滑的城市港口发展水平往往也较低,且港口发展水平存在一定的“马太效应”。(2)环渤海地区港口发展水平对城市经济的空间溢出效应较为显著,对本地和邻近城市经济均有明显的推动作用。(3)省域港口群港口发展水平的空间溢出效应存在差异性,津冀港口群和山东港口群港口发展水平对城市经济增长具有显著的正向溢出效应,辽宁港口群对城市经济增长则存在显著的负向溢出效应。(4)在影响城市经济增长的多维要素中,劳动力和城市资本对城市经济增长的影响仍然较大,人力资本要素的作用较弱。

The paper used the entropy weight“technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution”(TOPSIS)model and the spatial Durbin model to measure the development level of ports and spatial spillover effects in the Bohai Rim from 2001 to 2019.The results show that:(1)The development level of ports with better urban economic development is higher,and the development level of ports with urban economic slowdown or decline is lower.There is a certain degree of Matthew effect in the comprehensive development level of ports.(2)The development level of ports in the Bohai Rim region has a significant spatial spillover effect on urban economy,and it has a significant role in promoting the economy of the local and neighboring cities.(3)There are differences in the spatial spillover effect of the port development level of the provincial port group.The port development level of the Tianjin-Hebei port group and Shandong port group all has a significant positive spillover effect on urban economic growth,however the Liaoning port group has a significant negative effect on urban economic growth.(4)Among the multi-dimensional factors that affect urban economic growth,labor and urban capital still have a greater impact on urban economic growth,but the role of human capital is relatively weak.
