摘要
借助社会网络分析法,以郑洛新国家自主创新示范区为例,分析高端装备制造产业创新网络及其结构特征,运用随机前沿分析法分技术研发和成果转化两阶段测算创新网络运行效率。结果表明:(1)郑洛新国家自主创新示范区高端装备制造产业创新网络规模较小、密度较低,整体网络结构松散;核心节点以企业、科研机构、高校为主,产学研联盟初具规模;网络结构中以小范围合作创新为主,尚未形成大范围合作创新。(2)2016—2020年成果转化阶段运行效率始终低于技术研发阶段,两阶段存在严重的脱节现象;网络规模、网络结构洞、网络联结均对两阶段运行产出起到促进作用;网络开放性对技术研发阶段的运行产出产生正向影响,但对成果转化阶段的运行产出产生负向不显著影响。
With the help of social network analysis,the innovation network of high-end equipment manufacturing industry and its structural characteristics are analyzed in Zheng-Luo-Xin National Innovation Demonstration Zone,and the operational efficiency of the innovation network is measured in two stages of technology research and development and specialized transformation of results by using stochastic frontier analysis.The results are as followings:(1)The scale and density of the innovation network of high-end equipment manufacturing industry in Zheng-Luo-Xin National Innovation Demonstration Zone are small and low,and the overall network structure is loose;the core nodes are dominated by enterprises,scientific research institutions and universities,and the industry-university-research alliance is taking shape;the network structure is mostly based on small-scale cooperative innovation,and large-scale cooperative innovation has not yet been formed.(2)From 2016 to 2020,the operational efficiency of the transformation stage is always lower than that of the technology R&D stage,and there is a serious“disconnect”between the two stages;the network scale,structural holes,and linkages all play a facilitating role in the operational output of the two stages;the openness of the network plays a positive effect on the output of technology R&D stage,but a negative and insignificant effect on the conversion stage.
