T91钢薄壁管环形角焊缝Ⅳ型开裂分析

摘要 对开裂的某T91材质薄壁再热器接管座裂纹取样进行宏观检查、硬度测试、金相观察和扫描电镜分析,试样裂纹表面平滑,无明显颈缩,呈典型的脆性断口形貌。2条裂纹均处于焊接接头热影响区的细晶区,试样A中可以观察到,在接管壁厚方向上多条走向相同的裂纹,其中有尺寸较大和细小裂纹,裂纹之间并未完全连接,且整个裂纹外壁充满氧化物。焊缝HAZ区域由焊缝中心向裂纹附近硬度值递减,是未熔碳化物沿晶析出,如M23C6的碳化物,会促使亚结构粗化,降低了位错密度。失效试样焊缝组织为粗大的回火板条马氏体,裂纹周围分布有很多周向相同的微小裂纹和孔洞。裂纹尖端分布着大量的微裂纹和细小孔洞,连续微裂纹的长度超过50μm,孔洞直径不足5μm,且孔洞呈链状分布,部分已有连接趋势。开裂形式符合Ⅳ型裂纹特征,分析w(Cr)9%~12%高等级耐热钢Ⅳ型裂纹形成原因,并提出用优化母材和焊接工艺来控制Ⅳ型裂纹倾向。
