党的二十大报告提出:要实施就业优先战略。高校毕业生就业群体庞大,做好大学生就业工作关乎国计民生。当前新冠肺炎疫情、学生就业观念、高校人才培养等因素影响着就业工作。高校应主动适应新情况新变化,创新工作模式,整合各方资源,推进思政教育与生涯教育、市场拓展与就业服务、需求导向与培养改革、制度建设与条件保障相融合,强化就业价值引领、就业能力提升、就业服务优质、就业保障到位,促进毕业生更加充分、更高质量就业。

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(NCCPC)puts forward the strategy of giving priority to employment.The employment of college students is related to the national economy and People’s livelihood.The covid-19 epidemic and the employment concept of college students affect the employment.Colleges and universities should actively adapt to the new situation and changes,innovate the working mode,integrate the resources of all parties,promote the integration of ideological and political education and career education,market expansion and employment service,demand orientation and training reform,system construction and condition guarantee,and should strengthen the guidance of employment value,improve employment capacity,and provide high-quality employment services to ensure adequate employment and promote fuller and higher-quality employment for graduates.
