摘要
线上教育实习作为线下教育实习的一种替代模式被许多国家教师教育机构普遍应用。爱尔兰教师教育机构在实施线上教育实习期间,全部采用无纸化管理,在U-S伙伴关系下构建了教师专业发展实践共同体,以促进师范生在内的教师的专业发展,并开展了贯穿实习全程的线上指导与督查。对线上教育实习的评价,教师教育机构聚焦师范生课程规划、教学实践与研究实践三大方面的实践表现,秉持循证评价、持续改进的评价理念,采用等级评价方法,强调评价的连续性和清晰性。线上教育实习增强了教师教育机构与实习学校的伙伴关系,提高了师范生的教学实践素养,师范生在实习学校线上教学的价值也得到了充分认可。
Online educational internships have been widely used by teacher education institutions in many countries as an alternative way for on-site educational internships.During the implementation of online education practice,Irish teacher education institutions have adopted paperless management,and constructed a community of teachers’professional development practice to support the professional development of pre-service teachers and teachers.In the evaluation of online education practice,teacher education institutions implemented evidence-based evaluation and continuous improvement,the continuity of evaluation and clarity through assessing pre-service teachers’curriculum planning,teaching practice and research practice.Online education practice enhanced the US partnership,improved the teaching practice quality,and the value of teaching practice schools has also been fully recognized by pre-service teachers.
