在经济快速发展的当代社会,博物馆成为国家文化事业大发展大繁荣的基本载体和重要表现形式,而高校博物馆更是国家文博事业的重要组成部分,也是我们传承中国历史文化、参与社会实践锻炼等活动的重要平台。文章通过分析高校博物馆的历史背景,分析高校博物馆社会职能的基本内容与实现途径,以便更好地促进高校博物馆的科学发展,使其建设成社会公众所共同拥有、共同分享和共同创造的公共文化机构,助推社会主义精神文明建设又好又快地发展与进步。

In the contemporary society with rapid economic development, museums have become the basic carrier and an important form of the great development and prosperity of national cultural undertakings, and university museums are an important part of national cultural undertakings, and also an important platform for us to inherit Chinese history and culture and to participate in social practice and other activities. Through the analysis of the historical background of university museums, the basic content of the social function of university museums and implementation way, this article expects to better promote the scientific development of university museums, to make its efforts to build public jointly owned, shared and created cultural institutions, and to boost the construction of socialist spiritual civilization with sound and rapid development and progress.
