摘要
项目投资非折现收益指标是财务管理投资决策的一个知识点,在平时教学中发现指标的表述不统一,给不同层次的学生学习带来一定阻力。为了提高高校学生学习财务管理课程的积极性,达到掌握知识的目的。文章通过对新建本科院校学生的学情分析,在疫情影响混合教学流行的情况下,我们认为适宜采用MF教学模式,采用规划和设计教学目标、教学实施和检测、课程教学考核评价方式方法展开教学设计,期望对教学有一定的指导意义。
The non-discounted income index of project investment is a knowledge point of financial management investment decision.It is found in the usual teaching that the expression of the index is not unified,which brings certain resistance to students of different levels.Based on the analysis of the learning situation of students in newly-established universities,this paper believes that it is appropriate to adopt MF teaching mode,and to carry out teaching design by planning and designing teaching objectives,teaching implementation and testing,and course teaching assessment and evaluation methods so as to improve the enthusiasm of college students to learn financial management and to master knowledge.It is expected to have certain guiding significance for teaching.
