T1加权脂肪抑制减影在Legg-Calvé-Perthes病中的应用价值

The Value of Fat-Suppressed T1-Weighted Imaging with a Subtraction Technique in Legg-Calvé-Perthes Disease

目的探究T1加权脂肪抑制减影在Legg-Calvé-Perthes病(LCPD)中的应用价值。方法选取40例临床诊断为LCPD的患儿进行研究,所有患儿均接受髋关节灌注MRI检查,将增强后与增强前的冠状位和矢状位T1加权脂肪抑制像进行减影得到的图像与平扫进行对比。结果40例患儿均有不同程度的股骨头碎裂塌陷变扁,在T1加权像中病变呈中低信号,T_(2)加权脂肪抑制像中病变呈混杂高信号,在减影图像上股骨头缺血坏死区呈极低信号。通过T1加权脂肪抑制减影能更精确地测量股骨头缺血区的范围。结论髋关节MR灌注减影成像能够更加精确地测量股骨头缺血区的范围。

Objective To study the application value of fat-suppressed T1-weighted imaging with subtraction in Legg-Calvé-Perthes disease.Methods Forty children with clinical diagnosis of LCPD were selected and all of them received hip perfusion MRI.To compare the subtraction images,which were produced by subtracting the initial coronal and sagittal pre-contrast fat-suppressed T1-weighted images from corresponding post-contrast images,with the plain images.Results All the 40 children had varying degrees of femoral head collapse and flattening.The lesions showed as intermediate to low signal on T1-weighted images,mixed and high signal on T_(2)-weighted fat suppression images,and the necrotic area of femoral head demonstrated as extremely low signal on subtraction images.T1-weighted fat suppression with a subtracted technique can more accurately show the area of femoral head ischemia.Conclusions Perfusion MRI with subtraction can more accurately show the area of femoral head ischemia.
