Common Problems and Suggestions for Filing of Domestic Ordinary Cosmetics in Shandong Province

自2021年1月1日实施《化妆品监督管理条例》以来,国产普通化妆品备案工作也发生了相应的变化。国家药品监督管理局为规范和指导化妆品注册与备案工作,相继颁布了《化妆品注册备案管理办法》及《化妆品注册备案资料管理规定》相关法规,对国产普通化妆品的备案管理提出了更加明确的要求。就实施新法规以来山东省普通化妆品备案情况和备案过程中常见问题进行汇总分析,并结合现行法规和技术要求对产品备案管理提出建设性意见。

Since the implementation of the"Regulations on Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics"on January1,2021,the filing work of domestic ordinary cosmetics has also undergone corresponding changes.In order to standardize and guide the registration and filing of cosmetics,the National Medical Products Administration has promulgated the"Measures for the Administration of the Registration"and"Filing of Cosmetics and the Provisions for the Administration of the Registration and Filing of Cosmetics",which puts forward more specific requirements for the registration and filing of domestic ordinary cosmetics.This paper summarizes and analyzes the filling situation of ordinary cosmetics in Shandong Province and the common problems in the filling process since the implementation of the new laws and regulations,and puts forward constructive suggestions for product filling management in combination with the current laws and technical requirements.
