Installation and Construction Technology of Submarine Pipeline Expansion Bend in Diving Area under Dynamic Positioning Mode

国内膨胀弯安装技术已经非常成熟,但大部分施工过程对标准规范执行不彻底,从而导致施工质量不合格,存在大量隐患。根据沙特阿拉伯国家石油公司项目施工标准规范,详细介绍了膨胀弯安装的特点和施工流程,包括施工前分析计算、浅水动力定位(DP)船推进器对潜水作业脐带缆绞缠的风险分析、切割弯头调整膨胀弯角度、膨胀弯管内填充化学药剂棒、水下膨胀弯法兰对接方法等。通过对该项目中膨胀弯安装的经验总结,形成一套完整的标准化施工工艺,为今后膨胀弯安装项目提供借鉴,进一步提升膨胀弯安装施工的水平。

The domestic expansion bend installation technology has been very mature,but most of the construction process is not fully implemented in accordance with the standards and specifications,resulting in unqualified construction quality and a large number of hidden dangers.According to the project construction standards and specifications of Saudi Arabian Oil Company,this paper introduces in detail the characteristics and construction process of the expansion bend installation,including the pre-construction analysis and calculation,the risk analysis of the shallow water dynamic positioning(DP)ship propeller twisting the umbilical cable for diving operation,cutting the bend head to adjust the angle of the expansion bend,filling the expansion bend with chemical rods,and the method of the underwater expansion bend flange butt joint.Based on the experience of expansion bend installation and construction in this project,a complete set of standardized construction technology is formed,which can provide reference for future expansion bend installation projects and further improve the level of expansion bend installation and construction.
