东阳横店—湖溪县域风貌样板区推动共同富裕的实践探索

Practice and Exploration of Promoting Common Prosperity of Hengdian-Huxi County Model Area in Dongyang City

以城乡风貌样板区为抓手推动共同富裕建设是当前浙江省城乡风貌整治提升的核心目标。现结合东阳横店—湖溪县域风貌样板区建设实例,探索以县域风貌样板区建设推动共同富裕的建设路径,即在现状特征与问题梳理的基础上,以点上出彩、线上美丽、整体大美的系统治理路径,推动风貌区所涉及的乡镇在自然、人文、产业等方面共建、共治、共享,实现先富地区对后富地区的辐射与带动作用,推动共同富裕建设。

Taking the construction of urban and rural model areas as the starting point to promote the construction of common prosperity is the core goal of improving urban and rural style in Zhejiang Province.Taking the construction of the Hengdian‑Huxi county style model area in Dongyang city as an example,this paper explores the path of promoting common prosperity through the construction of a county style area,that is,by sorting out the current characteristics and problems.With a systemic improvement strategy,from building blocks to complete networking,establishing a model based on collaboration,participation,and common interests in the prospect of nature,humanities,industry,etc.The objective is to achieve a demonstration and promotional effect from developed areas to developing areas,thus promoting the construction of common prosperity.
