居住建筑设计中对场所基因的发掘与呈现--以义乌绿城桃花源项目为例

Exploration and Demonstration of Site Environment Elements in Residential Building Design:A Case Study on Greentown Paradise Villa in Yiwu City

以义乌绿城桃花源项目为研究主体,通过对其设计方法中的场地分析、空间关系研究等的总结归纳,从建筑设计实践的角度一窥居住建筑设计如何在考察、研究基地特点的基础上,融合传统的营造智慧以及现代建筑观念、技术,建造具备地域特点并满足居住者需求的空间,达到居住建筑设计中对场所基因的发掘和呈现。

In the study,Greentown paradise villa is taken as a main subject.With the summary of designing methodology in the project such as site and spatial relationships analysis,etc.From the practical perspective of architectural design,the author concludes how the residential buildings design integrates traditional building philosophy,modern architectural concepts and technologies on the basis of investigation and planing.Furthermore,the study demonstrates how the design meets regional characteristics and needs of occupants.With the above illustration,the site elements in residential building are emphasized.
