摘要
以杭州某倾斜建筑物加固纠偏工程为例,分析了建筑物倾斜的原因,并介绍了结合建筑物实际情况采用锚杆静压桩加固地基及掏土纠偏的设计与实施情况,最后对建筑物沉降及纠偏监测情况进行了效果分析。结果表明,采用锚杆静压桩加固后进行掏土纠偏的效果较好;掏土完成后建筑物倾斜率仍会持续调整,需要在掏土纠偏设计及施工时考虑相关影响和措施,以便使纠偏结果达到预期效果。
Taking the reinforcement and deviation correction project of an inclined building in Hangzhou as an example,the reasons for the inclination of the building are analyzed and the design and implementation of using anchor static pressure pile to strengthen the foundation and dig out soil for deviation correction in combination with the actual situation of the building are introduced.The effect of building settlement and deviation correction monitoring is analyzed.The results show that the effect of soil excavation and deviation correction after reinforcement with anchor static pressure pile is better.The inclination rate of the building will continue to adjust after the excavation is completed.It is necessary to consider relevant impacts and measures in the design and construction of excavation and deviation correction,so as to make the deviation correction result achieve the expected effect.
