新型注浆钢管斜内撑基坑支护施工技术

摘要 结合工程案例,针对基坑面积大、造型不规则,或者施工工期紧张,考虑周边安全需要多次挖土的基坑,采取新型注浆钢管斜内撑基坑支护施工技术,并详细介绍了施工过程中关键技术的质量控制。实际工程应用表明,基坑内的注浆钢管斜撑与周边围护结构形成系统,充分发挥其力学性能,具有良好的基坑安全防护效果。 Combining with practical engineering cases,for the foundation pit with large foundation pit area and irregular shape,or the foundation pit with tight construction period,and considering the surrounding safety,the foundation pit needs to be excavated for many times.A new grouting steel pipe inclined internal bracing foundation pit support construction technology is adopted,and the quality control of key technologies in the construction process is introduced in detail.The practical engineering application results show that the grouting steel pipe diagonal brace in the foundation pit forms a system with the surrounding maintenance structure,gives full play to its mechanical properties,and has a good effect of foundation pit safety protection.
