摘要
以有轨电车蓉2号线南北大道还建排洪渠桥超宽型现浇桥板施工为例,基于贝雷梁组合形式多样,且组合后的截面力学特性能得到明显提高这些特点,设计了悬吊式现浇支架。从现浇桥板的设计形式、施工制约因素、支架结构设计、工作原理、力学检算、主要施工工艺流程等方面进行了阐述,并利用有限元分析软件对结构进行检算,希望能为类似工程提供借鉴。
The paper takes a super wide cast-in-place bridge’s slab construction as an example,the construction example is a rebuild flood canal bridge locates at Nanbei Boulevard,near Chengdu Tram Line 2.Due to the various combinations of Bailey beams,and the mechanical properties of the combined section can be significantly improved.A suspended cast-inplace bracket is designed.The cast-in-place bridge slab design,construction constraints,support structure design,working principle,mechanical calculation,main construction process,etc.are expounded in the paper,and further finite element analysis software is used to check the structure.In conclusion,the technology can be used as a reference for similar projects.
