摘要
结合工程实例,介绍了反力架作用下砂箱预压的原理和技术要点。在高架桥梁施工过程中梁柱式支架是桥梁施工主导,为保证支架拆除方便常采用砂箱作为卸落装置。砂箱不均匀沉降导致桥梁标高出现偏差,因此对砂箱采用提前预压的方式消除非弹性形变。应用此施工技术表明,反力架对砂箱具有超前预压作用,从而解决了砂箱不均匀沉降导致的梁体变形等问题。
According to practical case,the paper introduces the principle and technical points of sandbox preloading under the action of reaction frame.In the process of viaduct bridge construction,beam-column support is the main progress in construction,in order to ensure the convenient removal of the bracket,sandbox is often used as the unloading device,though,an asymmetrical subsidence of the sandbox may cause the deviation of the bridge elevation.Sandbox preloading is significant technology to eliminates inelastic deformation.Case study shows the reaction frame has an advanced preloading effect on the sandbox,and problems such as deformation of the beam body caused by sandbox asymmetrical subsidence are solved.
