摘要 文章探讨了转杯纺短流程的理论基础及技术特点,首先根据转杯纺分梳辊单端握持开松的特点,以纤维弯钩理论为依据,运用纤维损伤频率差异分析的方法来揭示分梳辊开松方向的敏感性,并通过不同结果的重新组合得到进一步确认。结果表明:支撑转杯纺短流程技术的理论基础在于转杯纺分梳辊的开松方式具有明显的方向性;通过纤维损伤频率差异分析可见,以前弯钩为主体喂入分梳辊后其纤维损伤程度要大于后弯钩;通过不同结果的重组发现,以前弯钩为主体喂入所纺纱线的整体质量均要好于以后弯钩为主喂入的,且随着并合的深入,这种差异在逐渐变小。最后考虑到转杯纺短流程缺少重要的并合作用,其应用存在一定局限性,可考虑对半熟条做倒置处理来做到内外兼顾。 Theoretic basis and technology characteristics of the direct process of rotor spinning were discussed.Based on the single-ended gripping opening characteristics of opening rollers for rotor spinning as well as the fiber hook theory,the importance of the opening direction of opening rollers is proved by the analysis of fiber damage frequency difference,which is further confirmed by the comparison of different yarns.The results show that the theoretical basis for the direct process of rotor spinning is the obvious opening directionality of opening rollers.Through the analysis of fiber damage frequency differences,it can be seen that the fiber damage degree of feeding from the front hooks to the opening roller is greater than that of the rear hooks.By comparing yarns of different processes,it shows that the overall yarn quality of feeding from the front hooks is better than that from the rear hooks,and the difference is narrowed with the increase of drawing degree.In the end,considering that the direct process of rotor spinning lacks the important drawing process,its application has certain limitations.Therefore,the inversion treatment can be used on semi-finish slivers to achieve desired results.
