温敏凝胶式医用敷料的制备及释药性能研究

摘要 利用新型交联剂京尼平与经典温敏凝胶组合壳聚糖/甘油磷酸钠交联,制备出一种对药物具有良好缓释效果的水凝胶。采用浸渍法将水凝胶溶液均匀分散在真丝织物内外,利用温度刺激实现织物上凝胶的溶胶-凝胶转变,极为简单、高效地制备了一种新型凝胶式医用敷料。该敷料轻薄舒适,具有良好的吸湿透过率。利用负载药物模型对乙酰氨基酚进行小分子药物释放测试,结果显示,该织物凝胶型医用敷料对药物的缓释时间可达12 h。 A hydrogel with a good sustained-release effect was prepared by crosslinking a new crosslink agent genipin with a classic chitosan/glycerol-phosphate thermosensitive gel.The hydrogel solution was evenly dispersed inside and outside the silk fabric by impregnation method,and the sol-gel transformation on the fabric was realized by temperature stimulation.A new medical gel dressing can be prepared simply and efficiently.The dressings are light,thin and comfortable,and have a good WVTR.Small molecule drug release test of acetaminophen loaded on the medical model was conducted.The results showed that the sustained release time of the fabric medical gel dressings could reach 12 hours.
